processing stage, in full compliance with the new legal provisions on supply chain traceability.
In the production area of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, there are 40 hectares of vineyards owned by Andreola.
The area is exclusively cultivated with the Glera varietal, as well as small quantities of varieties native to the region
such as Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta. These grapes - "close" to the Prosecco since ancient times - are used during vinification
in small percentages and accompany the aging of the wine, giving it authenticity and typicality.
