is located one mile outside Naoussa following the route to the traditional settlement of Arcohori.The facilities are built
with total respect to the natural environment, and their three vineyards in Dalamari, Gastra and Paliokalia are cultivated
in a biodynamical manner.
The first and principal space is the space of the vineyard. This is the space where the raw material begins its trail
with love and devotion in order to be bottled and stay deeply hidden in oak barrels so as to offer aromatic pleasures
and culinary feast when its time comes.
The cellar, full of oak barrels of French origin, waits for the new harvest every year. It is kept and mellowed there till
the wine matures within a particular environment under ideal conditions of temperature, humidity and air recycling.
The main hall, the Distillery, operates as a meeting point of the pleasures of the palate, entertainment, conversation,
various events and relaxation. It is an especially warm and welcoming space, decorated in a way that respects the tradition.
The patrons have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful great wines while the distillation of tsipouro (raki) is taking place
right in front of their eyes.
From October to mid-December ,during the so-called distillation period, the room is filled with scents and perfumes and
while the grapes leave their juices, the encounters evolve into wild parties with music and songs to support in the best
way the mood of the diners.
